Nothing here requires a long contract. If the hour is not worth $100 to you, we should not be running your programme for a year.
Not a discovery call. You bring the visibility problem you actually have, and we spend the hour on it. Most people leave knowing which two things to fix and which five to ignore.
What we cover
Best for: founders and heads of marketing who suspect they are invisible in AI answers and want a straight answer before spending anything serious.
A complete written AEO strategy for your brand, built on your actual prompt set rather than a template. Execute it in-house, hand it to another agency, or hand it back to us. It is yours either way.
What lands in your inbox
Best for: teams with someone in-house who can execute, who need direction rather than hands.
A strategy that nobody runs is an expensive PDF. This is the version where someone actually does the work each month, and reports on what moved.
Every month
Scope drives the price. Number of tracked prompts, number of surfaces, how much off-site execution you want us doing rather than advising. We will tell you which end of the range you sit at before you commit.
End to end
Let's talkscoped to your programme
Start the conversationFor companies where answer-engine visibility is a revenue line rather than an experiment. There is no fixed scope because there is no fixed problem — we take the whole programme, and the brief is the outcome.
What end to end means
Best for: companies where AI search already influences meaningful pipeline and the internal question has moved from "does this work" to "why are we not further ahead."
Side by side
Most people start at the left column and move right only if the first one earns it.

Before you book
If yours is not here, ask it in an email. We would rather answer it than have you guess.
No, and anyone who does is selling you something. We can show you where you stand today, move the inputs that credibly influence citation, and measure whether it worked against a control. Guaranteed placement in a system nobody outside the model provider controls is not a thing.
Off-site citations can appear within days, because they do not depend on your domain's accumulated authority. On-site restructuring takes longer to show up. What we will not do is show you a chart at week two and call noise a result.
They overlap, and anyone claiming zero overlap is overselling. The mechanics diverge most on the off-site side, where the question is not who links to you but how many independent sources describe you the same way. That difference is where most of the work sits.
We write the briefs and the structure. If you need the words produced as well, say so at scoping and we will price it. We do not run automated content generation, for reasons the research section explains at length.
Then we will say so on the call, and you will have spent $100 to avoid spending far more. It happens more often than you would expect, usually with very early companies who have a distribution problem rather than a visibility one.
